He is also a certified trainer in Interaction Management and Customer Service Modules by Development Dimensions International. In addition to that, he is a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Fellow in Life Underwriter Training Council by Malaysian Insurance Institute, Fellow in Life Office Management Association, Associate in Customer Service and ISO Auditor.
Backed with his professional qualifications, he has designed and delivered courses in sales development people development courses for insurance, unit trust, direct sales, manufacturing, banking, leasing, automobile, printing, education and service industries.
