</ul Traj’s credentials as a management consultant with extensive experience includes amongst others – as a consultant on special projects for the Special Unit of Innovation, Prime Minister’s Office Malaysia; Lead Consultant for an Innovation Lab for Malayan Railways (KTMB) - a project led by Global Innovation Research Centre (funded by the Ministry of Finance); and currently as a HR Consultant for G.E.T.S that has the exclusive agency rights for SMART Grid Technology on Low Voltage from Amplex Denmark (world’s first and largest provider of this technology). As a HR and Management Consultant, he collaborates with the management of organizations to address issues of strategy, conflict management, communication, organizational alignment, performance improvement and innovation. His primary role is to assist organizations in innovating, transforming and connecting their people to organizational strategies. His experience as a HR consultant is also wide and varied. He provides advisory and consultancy service to management on a range of human resources issues, procedures and policies consistent with employee standards, legislation and guidelines. Amongst his key competencies are identifying, reviewing, and advising on tasks related to recruitment process and employment strategies to meet human resources requirements; and analyzing people relating metrics, trends and making recommendations to HR managers for any action. He has assisted several organizations in developing, interpreting and evaluating human resources operation guidelines and policies.
