Time & Priority Management (Julian)

Uses competency-based instruction with case practice and on-the-job application. Provides a stimulating environment based on adult learning principles to maximize skill transfer. It includes simulations, breakout sessions, games and group discussion. Participants will formulate their mind-set goals and milestones via mind programming techniques.

Course Objectives: 

Instead of mastering time, we are often mastered by it. We are late for appointments, we are behind in our work; we give up sleep in order to have more time to finish our tasks. We rush here; we rush there, going everywhere, getting nowhere. Out of desperation, we create the concept of “time management”. Time management may not work, but as long as we feel we are doing something to manage it, we feel better about ourselves. As far as time is concerned, time never entered into this agreement to be under our management. This course teaches you:
