  • </ul Traj’s credentials as a management consultant with extensive experience includes amongst others – as a consultant on special projects for the Special Unit of Innovation, Prime Minister’s Office Malaysia; Lead Consultant for an Innovation Lab for Malayan Railways (KTMB) - a project led by Global Innovation Research Centre (funded by the Ministry of Finance); and currently as a HR Consultant for G.E.T.S that has the exclusive agency rights for SMART Grid Technology on Low Voltage from Amplex Denmark (world’s first and largest provider of this technology). Amongst his key competencies are identifying, reviewing, and advising on tasks related to recruitment process and employment strategies to meet human resources requirements; and analyzing people relating metrics, trends and making recommendations to HR managers for any action. He has assisted several organizations in developing, interpreting and evaluating human resources operation guidelines and policies. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science (Resource Economics), Master of Science and an Advanced Professional Diploma in Management. He is currently embarking on doctorate program on business administration. Thangaraj is a Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) registered trainer, and holds a valid teaching permit to teach degree and post graduate programmes.
